- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh pineapple slices, for garnish

Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the fresh pineapple juice and apple juice.
- Add the ground turmeric to the juice mixture and mix well to avoid clumps.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup to add sweetness, adjusting to taste.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
- If using, add the ground ginger to the mixture.
- Whisk everything together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a pitcher.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, take the juice mixture out of the refrigerator and stir well.
- In a large serving bowl or pitcher, add ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled juice mixture over the ice.
- Slowly add the sparkling water or club soda to the juice mixture.
- Gently stir to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.
- Slice fresh pineapple into wedges or rings and cut apple slices.
- Add the pineapple and apple slices to the punch for presentation.
- Toss in fresh mint leaves for added color and aroma.
- Fill glasses with ice if desired.
