  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the fresh pineapple juice and apple juice.
  2. Add the ground turmeric to the juice mixture and mix well to avoid clumps.
  3. Stir in the honey or maple syrup to add sweetness, adjusting to taste.
  4. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
  5. If using, add the ground ginger to the mixture.
  6. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a pitcher.
  8. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Once chilled, take the juice mixture out of the refrigerator and stir well.
  10. In a large serving bowl or pitcher, add ice cubes.
  11. Pour the chilled juice mixture over the ice.
  12. Slowly add the sparkling water or club soda to the juice mixture.
  13. Gently stir to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.
  14. Slice fresh pineapple into wedges or rings and cut apple slices.
