  3. Slice the Sausage: Cut the andouille sausage into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Boil the Water: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  5. Add the Seasonings: Stir in Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt into the boiling water.
  6. Cook the Potatoes: Add halved baby potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  7. Add the Sausage and Corn: Stir in the sliced sausage and corn pieces, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Incorporate the Crab Legs: Gently add crab legs and simmer for about 5 minutes to heat through.

  11. Drain the Boil: Carefully drain the pot using a colander, being cautious of hot steam.
  12. Prepare for Serving: Spread newspaper or parchment paper on a large table or use a serving platter.
  13. Arrange the Seafood and Vegetables: Pour the drained mixture onto the surface and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
