Ingredients

For the Feta Tzatziki:

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or mint)

For Assembly:

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight in the fridge). -
Make the Tzatziki:
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, feta, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy. Chill until ready to serve. -
Cook the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips. -
Warm the Pita:
Lightly toast or grill pitas until soft and pliable. -
