- 1 boneless, skin-on turkey breast
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, the zest of 1 lemon, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix until well-combined.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Gently lift the skin of the turkey breast and spread about half of the garlic herb butter directly onto the meat. Rub the remaining butter all over the outside of the turkey.
- Place the turkey breast on a roasting pan or a baking dish, skin-side up. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste the turkey with its juices every 30 minutes.
- Once done, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
- After resting, slice the turkey breast against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
