- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the softened unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the chopped fresh parsley.
- Pour in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything together until well combined and creamy. Set aside.
- Shuck the oysters using an oyster knife and a thick cloth for protection.
- Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet or grill-safe platter, stabilizing them with coarse salt if needed.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the oysters on the grill, open side up, leaving space between each.
- Generously dollop the garlic butter mixture over each oyster.
- Close the grill lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, until edges curl and butter is bubbling.
- For extra char, turn the oysters halfway through cooking.
- Carefully remove the oysters from the grill using tongs and place them back on the baking sheet or platter.
- Optionally, sprinkle more fresh parsley on top.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
