Ingredients
Scale
- Fresh Mint
- 2 tablespoons White Sugar
- 2 ounces Coconut Cream
- 1 ounce Lime Juice
- Soda Water
- Crushed Ice
- Lime slice for garnish
- Sprig of Mint for garnish
- Shredded Coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add a handful of fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the mint to release its oils.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of white sugar over the muddled mint. Add a splash of lime juice (about half a lime's worth) to help dissolve the sugar.
- Pour in about 2 ounces of coconut cream. Stir gently to combine the mint, sugar, and coconut cream together until the sugar starts to dissolve.
- Squeeze in another ounce of fresh lime juice to enhance the citrus flavor. Mix everything together again.
- Add crushed ice to the glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Pour soda water over the ice until the glass is full. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients without losing too much fizz.
- For a festive touch, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime on the rim of the glass. Optionally, add a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
- Enjoy your White Christmas Mojito immediately while it’s fresh and bubbly!
