Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to ensure it’s even.
- Lightly season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on top.
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese with chopped fresh dill or parsley.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillet in the center of the pastry and top it generously with the cheese and herb mixture.
- Fold the pastry over the salmon, sealing the edges well, and crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
- Beat an egg and brush it over the top of the pastry.
- Transfer the wrapped salmon to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
