- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes) until they float to the top.
- Drain the tortellini and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and onions are translucent.
- Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in heavy cream, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually add provolone and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Return cooked steak to the skillet with the sauce and vegetables, stirring for 2-3 minutes until steak is cooked through.
- Gently fold in the cooked tortellini, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.
- Let everything simmer together for another minute or two.
- Spoon the cheesesteak tortellini into bowls or onto plates.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute provolone cheese with mozzarella or cheddar based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
