  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the pears under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Cut each pear in half lengthwise and scoop out the core and seeds.
  4. Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts.
  6. Add honey and balsamic vinegar, stirring until well combined.
  7. Sprinkle in fresh thyme leaves, black pepper, and salt, mixing again.
